Climate Controlled Storage

All climate controlled storage areas maintain consistent temperature and humidity.
Levels within our climate controlled storage units are maintained within the American Association of Museum's recommended guidelines: 50% relative humidity (+/- 5%) and 70 degrees Fahrenheit (+/- 5 degrees). Environmental conditions throughout the facility are digitally monitored and recorded within distinct zones. Additionally, all HVAC systems in the facility are monitored by SD Fine Art's security system complete with real-time notification to the management in the event of an irregularity.
